My Goals:
Weight-wise...go from whatever I am now- I broke my scale- to 150. Eat less candy. Eat less ice cream Eat less cookies. I did quit drinking diet soda, except for very rare occasions. That is a pretty big deal for me. I have a problem where I try to do too much too soon and then I burn out and do nothing.
My Program:
I started the Sonoma Diet on January 5, 2009. It doesn't really feel like a diet. I hope I lose weight, can't wait to find out! Not exercising except for occasional walks.
