My Goals:
gain will power over sugar
gain gut health
keep gout under control

My Program:
I have been trying to do GAPS or specific carbohydrate diet, and haven't gotten close to either. I just found out I have gout which puts a wrench in that plan since meat tends to be a trigger for gout. Initially I have to break the sugar habit. I don't have any weight to lose, I just need to get healthy

Other Information:
I love to cook and I have been experimenting with freezer meals
