Need to stay on track, i know i will always need to watch what i eat and exercise....I just have one of those bodies! :)
I watch what i eat & walk everywhere. Particularly i walk to and from work everyday (30min each way). I try and do strength training 3x a week and i try to through in some heart pumping cardio a few times a week. Particularly i have a stationary bike at home or some kick boxing.
