My weight loss goal is to lose 2 pounds per week, reach 160 pounds within a year, and maintain the weight loss afterward. My health goal is to go off of insulin within 6 months, decrease the number of pills I take each day, and listen to my doctor. My fitness goal is to walk more often, work out, and find fun ways to be active.
I'm starting all over again. I worked with this program a few years ago and loved it. I am going to be aware of my food intake by recording all of it. I am going to start by walking every day.
