Hi my name is Heather I am 39 years old. I have been married to my wonderful husband for 20 years we have 2 beautiful kids. Our daughter is 20 and married with 2 step daughters and a beautiful daughter on the way. Our son is 11 and he keeps me pretty busy. We love to do just about anything outdoors, but I have an addiction that does not allow me to enjoy being outside very much anymore.
Yes, I admit that I am a foodaholic, a junk food junky, and just the thought of exercise makes me break out in hives lol. But I promise myself that I will do better.
I just went through the scariest thing in my life. I went to the ER with chest pains and when I got there I was in Diabetic Ketoacidosis which is very fatal and I'm lucky to be alive. So I have to get my life back on track. So I am claiming June 1, 2015 as the beginning of the rest of my life and I hope I never experience this ever again.
My first goal is to lose 5% of my body weight which will be 11.6 pounds by February 17th.
My second goal is to be under 200 pounds by June.
My goals are to:
Track everything I eat.
Pay close attention to portion sizes
And not get discouraged
My program is to:
EAT A WELL BALANCED DIET
DRINK PLENTY OF WATER
GET AT LEAST 30 MINS. OF EXERCISE TWICE A WEEK
