I agree... I guess we need to find a happy medium learn to like what we don't love. Me weight lifting and you cardio !
It's cool you want to do another round of CE , I will start my second round of p90x on the 20th of July, how about you? It is taking more than 90 days for me to finish the p90x because I took one week off and I had to re-do 2 weeks because I didn't feel I did properly! Maybe we can start together and than we can see if we finish by the 90th day? ( Even though I will be travelling from the 23jul-15 ago) I am planning to stick with the plan!
You don't seem like you need to loose that much??? I am close to my first goal.. my second one is 115 (another 8 lbs ) . And I feel the same way.. I want to do another round of P90x and than get toned with soemething else.
From what I heard P90x is much harder than CE but since I don't like weights.. it will not be easier for me.
I just got 3 different bands from ebay so I am glad to hear that we won't need to buy weights at least until I feel that I can do with the weights.
To be honest I think the before and after pictures are not even close to p90x models.. LOL but I wouldn't dream it would since I didn't follow the meal plan ! LOL I think it takes time to loose weight.. most people who does these dvds are already in shape.. so for us that need to loose weight it won't get the same results as them! They say not to worry about the scale... but Jillian Michael's says that is BS! I agree with her.... I am working out and I want to see results in inches and scale numbers!
So, do you have turbo jams dvds as well? I heard a lot of people saying they lost a lot of weight on turbo jam and also I hear is a lot of cardio so I want to compliment the p90x with that since I will not be going to the gym for 3 months ( because I will be traveling and is not worth paying if I won't be using enough)!
I am glad to know you love Ce , I am going to do another round of p90x + trubo jam and than I may adventure myself on CE. P90x also changes the workout every 3 weeks beasically! I like cardio better than weighlifting so I think I need improvement on weightlifting but at this moment I still want to loose more weight and use the dvds I got. But for sure I am planning to get CE for my next challenge. We live in NYC and we don't have a lot of space , we are now using one weight and bands for p90x, can you use bands to do CE as well?
I think p90x does give great results, the only reason I am not getting extreme results is because I didn't follow the p90x diet plan which consists of a lot of protein. Just the last 30 days is when I tried to add more protein to my diet. I have lost so far 6 lbs (123) and inches in the program and to be honest I feel great but I want to look even better. I want to follow the diet more seriously and do the second round to see if I can find the packs hidden on my belly.. ahahahaha!!! But I started the year at 135 ( I am 5f short) so I think I had a great progress and I feel very strong now, when I go to the gym classes I feel like I can do whatever they throw at me with no winning!
Did you follow CE diet plan? Is a lot of protein too?
I never done any of Chalean workouts yet.. I just bought Turbo jam on ebay.
Congrats finishing chalean extreme.... how did you like? I am 9 days away on finishing p90x , I also want to do a second round with turbo jam. And than who knows maybe CE! What kind of weights did you use ... or what else besides the dvd did you have to buy extra?
