How are you doing Heather? I see you lost 10 lbs on Spark! CONGRATS TO YOU!!! I decided to switch from doing ChaLEAN to Pilates and intense elliptical trainig for now. Check out my blog that I updated - July 29, 2009. It is the one that has my "before" pics, I just updated it and added my goals. I couldn't keep up with chalean both physically and time-wise. I am a very busy mom and work and go to school. It just wasn't working for me. I went to Walmart and saw these 10-minute solutions DVDs and picked up the one for Pilates. It is awesome! It has 6 different workouts and two resistance bands and all the workouts are only 10 minutes each and I strive to do 3 each day followed by intense cardio on the elliptical with high resistance. I am finding I am still very sore doing these workouts by using the resistance bands. My muscles feel longer and leaner and I am noticing much more energy, better posture and I feel taller (which is good since I'm only 5'0! haha!) I haven't seen you on the boards for a while so was wondering where you have been! Keep in touch and hope you continue having great success on your journey to fitness!
No worries or rush to switch the dvds if you are interested. I just started week 2 phase 1 p90x and still have 2 months and a half left... It would be great if you would do that with me so we can exchange and not have to purchase more dvds. But not anytime soon, Su
