Happy thanksgiving!
I ran/jog 5.5 miles around central park yesterday with hubby.. this week my plan is to run/jog 6 miles..
no gym today.. just playing wii but tomorrow i am going to the gym!
will update later this week,

Yeah I am with you on her cardio routines being too long! I quit doing CE for a while and replaced with with regular cardio on the elliptical and the 10-Minute Solutions Pilates with Suzanne Bowen. Yeah, she is the one with the brown hair. She's very pretty and fit! I want to get more of an intense workout so I am going to start doing CE (just the 3 weight training circuits) three days a week and the other 3 days a week I will do 15-20 mins of high resistance cardio on the elliptical followed by a dvd or two of the 10-Min Solutions. Hoping to get results from this.

Eating healthy is always a challenge for me. Trying to stock nothing but healthy foods in my house but my fiance (who is very skinny and doesn't gain weight) always buys the junk food. Ugh!

Good luck with keeping up with yoru workouts and yoru busy schedule!
