My short term goals November 2010:
- Eat a vegie lunch at work 3 out of 5 days.
- Walk at lunch during work week or do cardio video if raining.
- Limit processed foods - especially at lunchtime
- 8 Glasses of water daily
- Lose 10 pounds before Thanksgiving
