I had the same problem with sweets. Also with binging, I'd get home from work and snack on anything I could get my hands on. Since joining the binging challenge, I've done really well. I allow myself 3 sweets per week and decide what to have after checking my food tracker. I feel really optimistic that I can reach my goal this time with the help of my spark teams.
