Enough Already!

"Somehow" I've managed to gain almost 40 lbs in 2 years.. Perhaps this is because I decided to go back to school and find myself frazzled and on my bum frequently. I'm soon to be a registered Dietitian (R.D.) and want to be toned and comfy in my own skin, for pete's sake. Enough already!
