    Definitely focus on boosting your immunity. I would just concentrate on writing down everything you eat and logging it here. Then possibly (if you hip is back inline) taking a walk in the evenings before it gets dark. Praying for you!

They are simple to do - 1 each of: a nutrition goal (like keep track of food eaten), a fitness goal (like do some activity each day), and a motivational goal (like email your good friend Christine for encouragement). :) Love ya!

    Welcome to Spark People... this is truly a great place full of encouragement and tools to really help you! I have now lost 30 pounds, and am looking forward to the next 15!! I never thought I could do it after so many failed attempts with so many diets! Through the tools and information on Spark People, I have learned so much about myself, and proper diet and exercise!! It takes a lot of time to learn everything here, but it truly is worth it.
