My Goals:
Are to become as healthy as possible. The largest part of that goal at the moment is to loose the extra weight that is putting a toll on my body.
And lets face it I may want to be healthy. At the same time I want to look better in the clothes I wear.

My Program:
I will be using the Gluten Free Losing it with Leanne plan from SavingDinner.com Since seeking to loose weight is only part of my goal of gaining heath I plan to do a detox program. I have not decided on the detox program I am going to use as of yet.

I am increasing my activity levels as well as adding in exercise into my routine. I am finding I need to put it in my schedule or it keeps getting pushed back.

I am going through the Lords Table Bible Study to help with my outlook toward food.

Definitely focus on boosting your immunity. I would just concentrate on writing down everything you eat and logging it here. Then possibly (if you hip is back inline) taking a walk in the evenings before it gets dark. Praying for you!

Just sent you a SparkGoodie. A big hug! How are things going? Have you set up your Fast Break goals? They are simple to do - 1 each of: a nutrition goal (like keep track of food eaten), a fitness goal (like do some activity each day), and a motivational goal (like email your good friend Christine for encouragement). :) Love ya!

Hey sweet friend! I'm so glad you are going to give SparkPeople a try. We can encourage each other. I'm keeping track of what I'm eating and how I'm exercising, which hasn't been much for the past 2 days. I've been so swamped with various things its been hard. Glad you are here!!

Welcome to Spark People... this is truly a great place full of encouragement and tools to really help you! I have now lost 30 pounds, and am looking forward to the next 15!! I never thought I could do it after so many failed attempts with so many diets! Through the tools and information on Spark People, I have learned so much about myself, and proper diet and exercise!! It takes a lot of time to learn everything here, but it truly is worth it. Teams are where you meet friends that are like minded, and really help you set goals, challenges, and keep you encouraged when you feel like quitting.. things you don't have anywhere else!! Hope you enjoy the adventure, it truly is worth it, and it is FREE!!! See ya around! Margie
