To take care of this body the Lord gave me, and be healthy and in shape to fulfill my purpose in life.
I am tracking daily, added a consistent exercise program, and making the recipes on the Spark Diet.
I am married with four grown children, and 16 grandkids. I am very blessed with a wonderful family. I live my life dedicated to the Lord, because without Him I would never make it. He is everything to me, and blesses my life beyond description.
Despite life circumstances, we have a God that loves us and watching out for us.
Hi Janice! Wondering how things are going? It's been a busy few months, hasn't it? Hope all is good. I've gained a few pounds back but have been doing great bike rides so I am at least gaining muscle :) I am going to try and stay more on track again... Hope you are doing well.
Hey heart! I am hanging in there- Been cycling which i LOVE but ended up hurting my back and it just won't heal. Very aggravating. I do love the biking though and am desperate to get a road bike and step away from the hybrid now that I am doing rides over 20 miles. Can't seem to drop below 155 since July. That is what happened in 2008 too. How are you doing?
Hi Heart! Sorry, been busy as well- it's that kind of year isn't it? I keep Spark on my mind- I have bottomed out again at 154 and haven't had the ummphh to kick start myself again- Doing a little stress-eating. But I am not giving up. :) Need to get motivated to make time for my health again. :) Hope you are doing well!!! Thanks for never giving up on any of us!
