Hearing Elmo Sparks
I am a late-deafened adult who "hears again" because of the miracle technology of cochlear implants. My hearing is not perfect, however, and I also suffer from Meniere's Disease. I have a hearing assistance/balance assist canine partner named Chloe. I teach part-time.

My Program:
I'm doing a low-carb plan as it works well for me. I eat low-fat and eat the "right" carbs. I am trying to exercise a minimum of 3 times a week, but hope to increase that!
Personal Information:
I live in Maryland, just north of DC.
I teach part-time and just completed my MS in Psychology. I teach part-time in a private high school and also some classes at a local community college.
My children are both in college, and my husband is a Director at a local community college.
I am a transplanted Southern mom!
Other Information:
I love to read, cross-stitch and crochet. I love dog training as well!
