Now that I am 45 years old and starting to feel the effects of aging, I need to take charge of my weight and my health.

I have joined the Fall Biggest Loser Challenge to keep myself motivated and try to get my weight loss back on track.
I started here on May 20th and my initial losses were great. Then in July I went on holidays for 2 weeks. I only gained back a few pounds while I was on holidays, however, I seem to be stuck at the weight I was when my holidays were over.
This fall challenge comes at just the right time to motivate me and get my weight moving again.

Well I managed to gain a bit too much weight over the holiday season and missed my year end goal by nearly 10 pounds. This is just fuel to get myself back on track asap.
I am already back to my daily exercise routine and plan to contine to strive for my May 1st goal of 160 pounds.
I am getting married in July and refuse to start married life at this weight.................so the journey continues.

My Program:
Currently I go to Curves and do the Curves Smart W/O 5 days a week.
September 2010 I am taking a learn to run program.
Nutritionally, I am tracking my calories with the SP nutrion tracker and striving to stay within my calorie range daily. I am struggling with my week end tracking and I know that my week end eating is not good; ideally I want to change that.
Jan. 5/11 Update:
Doing Curves smart w/o 2-3 times a week and now running 3 times a week. Running intervals of 8 running/1 walking with 5 min. warmup and 5 min. cool down - total time on treadmill 1 hour. Also doing 50 to 60 minutes of ST after running.
Nutrition is about the same, still struggling to stay within recommended calorie range and losing this battle big time on non work days (work days are better)
