With luck, you may find an answer to your recurring back pain. To be honest, as a nurse, I have had my share of back pain. I try to make sure to stretch and do my core exercise. I hope you find something that works for you.
Cycling is okay. My knees actually hurt more from it than from running. I think I just need to do it more. This month it is going to be a lot harder to get to the gym because I work until 10:30 and I work a lot more than normal. Most of this month will be at home treadmill workouts I think. 2466 days ago
It really is true...out of sight, out of mind. If I was really smart, I'd have someone who hated candy of all types to hide them on me or take them away. I can't ask Chris...he'd eat them all, leave the wrappers by his chair and just make me angry! :P 2492 days ago
