My goal is to get my body fit and in shape. I am going to lose at least 30 pounds by June 2010. I will be able to run a mile in 9 minutes, I will be able to complete an advance work-out without falling out (LOL) and I will participate in a 5K in 2010.
I am increasing my water intake, exercising at least 30 minutes per day, changing my daily diet and thinking positive thoughts.
I love good food. I love music. I love family. I love Prince I love PINK! I love Myself!
