Just wanted to drop by & say....U CAN QUIT!!! I know you can. Set a goal date to do it. Stick to that date. Keep LOTS of gum around. Take one minute at a time. When you have a craving...drink some water & give it about 10 minutes. Exercise. Do whatever you need to do. You are so worth quitting!!!!
