I am ready for this challenge! I am so excited to focus on fitness again in my life. It is one of those goals that has always been important to me, and over the past 2 years has unfotunately taken the back-seat on my priority list. After some major life changes though, I am back to a routine, albeit 30 pounds heavier than before! This is my journey to refocus on being physically in shape.

My Goals:
*Newbody Challenge in progress: May 11 - June 7

*reach 140 pounds during the month of June

My Program:
-being aware of what I am eating
-cardio, 2-3 sessionsper week
-resistance training including weight-lifting, pilates, yoga; 3 sessions per week

Personal Information:
I live in Ontario, Canada and am a student in the field of Psychology. I deal with depression in my personal life but it is something I am learning to live with in terms of recognizing the signs and symptoms and at that point taking action to alleviate the oncoming depression. Healthy eating and regular exercise are two major things I can do to help alleviate my depression.
