    I did well yesterday....did you too? I ate a lot, but with the amount of minutes I workout for, it requires a more food. (I think). The worse thing I had was a hot pocket worth 300 calories. BUt I did do an extra workout (Denise Austin Total Body Burn Dance Routine). It was very effective. THank you for being my buddy, JEn emoticon

    My slaw recipe was this: http://www.thekitchn.com/recipe-tri-color-
    slaw-with-lime-dressing-168035 but with a lot less oil (I replaced it with more citrus juice and some water... I think I used about a tablespoon or so of oil in the end). To be honest, it wasn't my favorite ever!

    You are very dedicated to your food diary - but I think you are eating too many Carbs - Being a Diabetic, I think you could cut some of them because they turn to sugar and add a bit more protein. Just an opinion from a Diabetic's point of view. Interesting reading...Good luck!
