These are hard for me to verbalize: quality of life, easy to move, more energy. Specific goals have numbers and dates. The emotional goals seem more important to me.

Track nutrition every day. Exercise at least 30 minutes daily. Just keep going.

Thank you for commenting on my blog about trying to fence in the sheltie. We got the fence in and now starts the 2 weeks of training. My DD will be doing that! I sure hope it all works! My hands and arms got better quickly after a day of rest. It is going to be a lot more fun when the puppy can run and enjoy being outdoors with us and not leashed all the time. She NEEDS to run!!!!
