TRYING AGAIN

Hi,
My name is Nancy and I am 77 years young. I have been heavy most of my life. I once was down to my ideal weight back in 1970. Since then the weight has been coming back. When a member of my WW class spoke of this site, I signed up.

This is a great place to be, the food tracker has given me many light-bulb moments.

I really love this place and the members.

use portion control

follow the healthy guidelines

eat at least 5 fruits and vegetables daily

walk at least 6000 steps daily during the month of November 2011

Personal Information:
married with 3 grown children from a prior marriage

10 grandkids from that marriage

living in SC, moving from Ct 7 years ago

sing in choir at church and also a senior choir called Valley Voices that sings at different events, senior centers, etc

love to read and knit
