Mission Impossible

Hi Everyone, I'm a Mom wanting to lose weight and incorporate daily exercise into my life. I'm a former healthy person and gained weight when I was out of commission for three months. My leg atrophied somewhat and I was unable to exercise like I wanted. Needless to say, I'd like to get back on my exercise horse and lose the gained weight I piled on.

I didn't use any sauce on my portabello burger but it did have avocado on it.

I do put my produce on my grocery list although I usually have to go back mid week to get more. I try to only get how much I can use before it goes bad so this sometimes means multiple trips to the store, but for fresh produce it is worth it.

As far as knowing which foods to kabob I just use what I like.
