    Yea Heather! Girl, I feel you. I went to NJ a few wks ago...and the first thing my bestest said when I got out the car was damn, you did gain a lot. And then my son admitted to being embarrased that I was fat. Thats deep...and thats enough! I'm glad to see you on here so we CAN keep each other motivated...that is the hardest part!
    I know you must be super swamped...but see if you can fit in some exercise even 10 minute spurts...I hear it helps. I also got a Wii Fit..and some of the games are actually FUN. Sorry if I sound like a fitness nut (yeah, rite) but I am amazed how quickly you can back in the swing of things, and watch the dial on the scale go the opposite direction, and actually feel good! After only about 2wks going to the gym and messing with the Wii, my added weight, bad knee, and pack a day habit...I was able to do 40 mins of cardio today!
    Anyway, one day at a time right?
