It's time

Time to realize that my health is up to me in what I eat and move my body. I played with the bad eating and not moving long enough. I want to feel good, feel like doing what God wants me to do and going and helping my church, feel like keeping my house and job the way I want to, feel like doing the things and hobbies that I like, feel like having and doing fun things with my familey and friends, ITS ABOUT TIME,,why did i wait so long to give in and quit eating the sugar and fast food..

My Goals:
To be healthier, feel better, and looking better...First goal is to learn what is good for me and not eat or drink what is bad for me and to be in onederland...

My Program:
Started my plan Jan 1, 2011...I plan to eat and excercise the sparkpeople way by eating 1200 calories and excercising 5 days a week doing something. I am going for 2 lbs off a week.

Personal Information:
I live in Ky, It is beautifull here especially in summer and fall. The Mountains are breathtaking..My name is Regina

I love the Lord and thank him regularly for what he has done and given me..and am sorry I havent taken better care of his temple. he has given me a great husband Woody, son Kevin, daughter Chanell, son in law BJ and 3 (got me where they want me) grandson Dylon and granddaughter Brooke

Hey! just checking in to see how things are going. I got a new book last night called Hungry Girl 300 under 300. it is a 500 page book with 300 easy recipes for under 300 calories! I can't wait to try some of them. There is also a web page for hungry girl you can look at.
