Ready to stick with it this time.
My name is Noreen. I'm 47 years old. I have High Blood Pressure, I've been away a while but am coming back for good. I went to the Dr. to find out I gained all my weight. Plus my BP is up. Not good with someone who has a history of heart disease in their family. I have to do it for me and no one else. This is me and my husband as you can see we both need help. I love to read,walk and listen to music. I find inner peace by praying.
