I want some positive change!!

Thanks for visiting my sparkpage!
I am a married stay home mom to twin 4 year olds and a 18 month old and I am looking for some positive change in my life. Since getting married 8 years ago I have gained 60 lbs. from emotional eating and since having my kids I feel like sticking to any kind of eating plan is impossible. I just wish I could eat healthy and exercise without it feeling like such a burden ( if thats possible). I am here on SP to hopefully start getting my life back on ...

My Goals:
To lose weight, get healthy and get rid of migraines. I would love to have more energy to keep up with my kids and enjoy life.

I want to lose 60lbs but to make it less stressful on myself I am going to focus on 30 at a time.

Your children will benefit from a mom who establishes good eating guidelines. You will, too! Children really don't need to eat all day and adults definitely don't. Humans do better with gaps between meals and with developing a real appetite for meals. These habits help ward of bingeing, too. Yay! Welcome to the LBF team. emoticon
