You are quite welcome! I got the recipes from a friend that literally reads animal nutrition textbooks for vet students for fun. LOL My cats love them. Though I have one cat that can't yet handle anything richer than dark turkey meat, so I would say go with poultry first befor moving on to lamb or beef which can sometimes be too rich.

Hey HEALTHYME! My job is working in a dietary kitchen in a nursing home! I have to pull huge food carts around, scrap off the dirty dishes and wash them. I am on my feet for 8 hours and they cannot take the stress! I need to get a better job and one that I don't have to stand all day. Even though I do walk alot and do some heavy lifting, my body is not used to the "abuse"! I would rather exercise at my own pace than be on a time restriction and have to hurry, you know! emoticon

Thank you for your kind words you left on my blog.

It is hard, but what you said about, "just be normal" was exactly what he said...again, easier said then done. But it makes sense.

I haven't exercised, but I have been eating better than I thought I would as I am an emotional eater.

    Thanks again,
    Daryl
