Determined to get it right

I joined SP in 2009 and lost 18 pounds. I still had 10 pounds to go and really never became fully committed to a healthy lifestyle or remain active on SP. So now, hard to believe it is 3 years later and I still have the same 10 pounds to take off. I know when I eat junk- I feel junky. And when I eat healthy and exercise- I feel great.
So now I am back to SP since this is an amazing site and plan to use the tools on this site since they are so positively remarkable. Also the people ...

I'm so proud of you for doing the 5K. This is something I want to do also but Dr advise me to wait until next year. Thank you for reading my blog and for the nice comments on my sparkpage and blog. Your goal is so very close. Keep up the good work. Hope you enjoy your workouts at the gym. I belonged to one years ago but I had to drive so far the use it more then a couple of times a week, but I did get into better shape.
