I Completed the C25K program...ran my first 5K in June 2011 and I'm still running!
I ran and did all the obstacles at the Warrior Dash on Aug 13, 2011!

I Completed a CrossFit Guerilla Fit Bootcamp and still go regularily to my CrossFit Gym!
I try to eat Paleo, but mostly focus on just simply eating healthy.
