Healthier Every Day

I was always 'average' weight growing up and in my 20's. Then I quit smoking and had children (at the same time) and haven't been a healthy weight since. It is time to get my weight down and my fitness level up!

Hello, I have not seen much activity till now. How are you doing, i hope you can get back on track. I can tell you it gets harder as you get older. Take it from a 68 years young spark friend-THAT"S ME!


PLEASE do remember it is a lifestyle not a diet. Do not go by the scale go by the way you feel and you can do it.
I have lost no weight in over a year and would have given up if I had not discovered all of my blood work and blood pressures were improved. So has my happiness, HUGS Pat in AUGUSTA. Take care.
(((((HUGS))))) DO IT FOR YOU!!!! I have lost 50 pounds over 2 years though it came off slowly and i am hoping it stays that way. It will as long as i live the way i do now and i am happy with this plan.

Original plan was to hit 130, maintain it while I quit smoking, and then drop my ticker to 120.

Needless to say, dropping the ticker to 110 is bold, but it is attainable and within average BMI for my height. Now all I have to do is quit smoking! UGH!

Way to go! A one mile fun run! You can do it! I will pray for sunshine with a little breeze that day for you! Remember to hydrate yourself before and after!
