To be honest I don't tend to eat a lot of raw veggies, but when I do, I eat bell peppers, tomatoes, cukes, baby carrots, and cauliflower, and all of it with lots of hummus.
My favorite frozen veggie right now is the Bird's Eye garlic cauliflower one. It has a few more calories in it, but it's soooooooo good. My other favorite veggie is the Sugar Snap Pea stir fry blend from Walmart. Yum!
I really appreciate you bringing PAD up with me. If you hadn't mentioned it I probably would have gone on thinking I was just having pain from out of shape muscles. But now I don't think that's the case. I don't know yet when I will get to see the doctor, I'm waiting on a call back from the office in case of a cancellation. Otherwise it will be sometime next week I think. Which sucks, I wanna see a dr NOW.
But in the mean time I'm trying to do what I should, and get in some exercise. Sounds like it can only help.
