I am a wife, mom and grandma. I am a retired nurse, administrator and educator. I wish to travel this and coming years and fitness is the first step.

I am training and walking progressively faster and for longer periods.

My journey is to reach 145 pounds. I am halfway in my weight loss journey. I feel great and improve on exercise weekly. I train with a great guy and it is making all the difference in my life !!! My eating plan is the GI program.

Get in shape to enjoy life more including travel. Training for the 10k walk/run in April






My Program:
I follow the glycemic index program.

My breakfast if my larger meal, lunch a bit less and dinner veges and proteins. I have less cravings this way. Taken wine out of my eating plan as well.

I live in BC in Canada, a beautiful place to live!

Stamping and scrapbooking are a fun way to live! Try it! Learning to enjoy walking and running a bit.

starting my program up so I can get the extra pounds off that have crept on and finally reach my goal! I want to do a triathlon in June in Qualicum Beach! It will be my third Triathlon and I want it to be my best. Looking forward to the challenge!
