I originally reached my goal weight September 2006. Unfortunately I gained some (not all) of the weight back. I am now working on getting the weight back off. I like to crochet, knit, read cookbooks and go walking with my son and/or husband.

My Goals:
I would like to achieve and maintain my goal weight of 132 pounds. I would like to be able to jog a mile without feeling like I am going to die. I want to be able to buy clothes off the rack and have them fit. I want to be healthy and be around to enjoy my children and any future grandchildren.
My Program:
I am a lifetime member of Weight Watchers. I am watching my calorie intake, trying to up my fiber intake and lower my fat intake. I am trying to drink more water, eat more vegetables and fruit. I am trying to exercise more and I'm starting to jog for short distances.
Personal Information:
I live in Utah, I've been married 24 years, I have a 21 year old daughter and a 18 year old son. I am 5'2" and my husband is 4'6" (yes, you read right!) Both of my children have outgrown us both (yippee).
Other Information:
I like to read mysteries, listen to country music, I enjoy romantic comedy movies. I like to do sudoku, cross stitch, crochet, knit, read, try new recipes and walk.
