Thank you so very much for your suggestions about what to do about plateauing...I have to admit it scares the stuffing out of me to have to eat at the high end of my calorie intake. I know I have to keep my body guessing, but I thought that just referred to the type of exercising...'lo 'n behold that is not true. A couple of Spark friends suggested calorie recycling, I will check out the web site mentioned in their blogs. I am going to try yoga this afternoon as that is a low intensity workout, I also found a slow aerobatic work out on FIT TV and will incorporate that...all I can do is try. I won't ever give up...I have come to far and worked to hard to get where I am. Thanks again Spark Friend!
