My Goals:
My primary objective is to eat healthier and exercise more.

My Program:
Now that I have lost about 80 lbs over the last 3 years, my primary objective has changed.

I still need to shed a few pounds, but mostly I am looking to be healthier.

My goals are to walk 35 miles a week during walking season and lift weights 3 days a week.

Personal Information:
My name is Russ and I am originally from Cleveland, Ohio but have lived here in Chattanooga since 1977.

I love walking the River Walk and have a passion for the Cleveland Browns. So much so I have Browns season tickets and attend at minimum 5 games a season.

Go Browns!

Happy Friday! Control is a tough issue for a lot of us. We can control some of what we do, but we can’t control everything! Keep pushing towards your goals. Even if you do not reach all of them, don’t give up! You can alter your goals or make new ones! Do your best to keep a positive and/or realistic attitude. You are AMAZING and WONDERFUL!

“You cannot control what happens to you, but you can control your attitude toward what happens to you, and in that, you will be mastering change rather than allowing it to master you.” – Brian Tracy

thanks for the comment on my blog, yes, i do all the tracking and i try to burn as much calories as possible, coming off a broken foot injury and i was sidelined from walking for awhile, ive gotten back into it, however, i just cant seem to get over this hump, i actually gained a few lbs back and am currently trying to lose those then continue on with the rest...i do the best i can with tracking, but do not get to workout as much as before, a house full of people, constantly, very little me time, but i am going to fit as much in as i can at work, thanks again for the words of advice.
