Happy Friday! Control is a tough issue for a lot of us. We can control some of what we do, but we can’t control everything! Keep pushing towards your goals. Even if you do not reach all of them, don’t give up! You can alter your goals or make new ones! Do your best to keep a positive and/or realistic attitude. You are AMAZING and WONDERFUL!

thanks for the comment on my blog, yes, i do all the tracking and i try to burn as much calories as possible, coming off a broken foot injury and i was sidelined from walking for awhile, ive gotten back into it, however, i just cant seem to get over this hump, i actually gained a few lbs back and am currently trying to lose those then continue on with the rest...i do the best i can with tracking, but do not get to workout as much as before, a house full of people, constantly, very little me time, but i am going to fit as much in as i can at work, thanks again for the words of advice.
