Hi there!

I could say that we have in common the hysterectomy and the knee surgeries (I have two...), but I landed here after reading a post of yours about keeping positive.

I really liked your philosophy on life, and came to visit you!

I had my knee surgeries a long time ago, but the knee is in pretty bad shape. The accident happen while working out (bummer) and the first surgery didn't help (double whammy!).

I also used to play tennis for fun, and my activities were limited, also because I was afraid I was going to hurt it even more.

Anyhow, I've found out the working out with the Zumba videos doesn't hurt the joint, and it's an amazing workout. Have you tried it? Plus: it is a ton of fun!

Well, let's keep in touch. Wish you a great journey to health. You live in a beautifu State: my father studied in Washington & Lee and we went there to visit his alma matter. Beautiful place!

Mirie

Saw your entry on stay motivated. Noticed that you had knee surgery and hysterectomy, I did as well 15 months ago. My knee still hurts every day, and I also gave up running, but I still attend bosu classes and do the elliptical. What kind of joint friendly exercises have you started doing? Stop by my page, I would love to know.
