It's the begining of a new year and time for me to make some changes to my life in a positive way. I've been on this weight loss journey for a while now, I lose the weight and then I gain it back again but I'm truely ready this time around to lose it and keep it off for GOOD. My Goals:
my overall goal is to become a much healthier person and lose some weight.

Short term goal:
exercise 3x weekly and increase each month until I am at 5-6x weekly.

Long term: Be healthier, stronger, and confident.

My Program:
Exercise about 3x weekly and eventually move up to 5-6x weekly. I plan on doingTae-bo, Running, Elliptical trainer, Walking/ jogging outside, the stationary bike, taking some execise classes at the gym, Treadmill, and exercise videos.

- Strenght train as least 2-3 times a week.

Other Information:
I love reality tv, it is the funniest thing to me. I like almost all the shows on MTV. I like reading anything the involve fitness, I'm always looking for the latest news on getting in shape. I love shopping for clothes, purses and shoes.

So you ARE back on SP! Yayy! Well we ended up not moving, we live in Norfolk now. I'm going to school full time at Virginia Wesleyan and I absolutely love it. Their gym kinda sucks but I go in the morning before class. I'm also taking these really fun dance classes at a place called The Mambo Room in Ghent. It is AWESOME! Have you ever heard of Zumba? I do that then this other African/Cuban/Latin inspired dance called Delirio. You should come sometime, I think you would really like it! You like POUR SWEAT, it's crazy! Do you live near Diamond Springs or am I making that up? I live in Ocean View now...

Heyyyyy girl! How the heck are you? I see you updated your status on here recently, so looks like you are still active on here. I haven't been on since oh, April! But, I'm back and ready to try this darn thing again! I get married in like 4 months and desperately need to get in shape. I miss the old days when we were work-out fools! Well anyway I hope all is well with you!
