It's the begining of a new year and time for me to make some changes to my life in a positive way. I've been on this weight loss journey for a while now, I lose the weight and then I gain it back again but I'm truely ready this time around to lose it and keep it off for GOOD. My Goals:
my overall goal is to become a much healthier person and lose some weight.

Short term goal:
exercise 3x weekly and increase each month until I am at 5-6x weekly.

Long term: Be healthier, stronger, and confident.

My Program:
Exercise about 3x weekly and eventually move up to 5-6x weekly. I plan on doingTae-bo, Running, Elliptical trainer, Walking/ jogging outside, the stationary bike, taking some execise classes at the gym, Treadmill, and exercise videos.

- Strenght train as least 2-3 times a week.

Other Information:
I love reality tv, it is the funniest thing to me. I like almost all the shows on MTV. I like reading anything the involve fitness, I'm always looking for the latest news on getting in shape. I love shopping for clothes, purses and shoes.

Hey my favorite work out buddy! I got my IRR ID card this weekend (yeah, I've been out since August and just realized now that I'm entitled to an ID, lol!!) So if you ever want to go to Little Creek gym, let me know!!!!!!

Yea girl, I'm telling you, you would LOVE it! Especially since you like your fast-paced work-out videos so much. Check out www.themamboroom.com. There are even some Zumba videos on youtube. It's sooo fun! I personnally like Delirio better, it was created by the girl that teaches it and that is way more intense than Zumba. Their schedule is kinda crazy now with Thanksgiving but for the most part Delirio is Saturday mornings from 11am-12 and Zumba is like M,Tu,W from 630-730pm.

Think about coming with me some Sat. morning to Delirio. That is one I never miss. Let me know! 10 bucks to drop in for a class...
