I know about the weight loss struggle. At age 9, I joined Weight Watchers for the first of many, many times. At age 39, my weight had ballooned to 345 pounds and led to gastric bypass. So that was the end, right! Of course not! I didnít exercise, didnít drink my protein shakes and after the first year and 110 pound drop, 50 of those pounds creeped back on!

I am finally determined to get the weight off, keep it off and get going on the life I was always ment to lead! But I can't do it alone! I would love to share my journey and you can share yours so that we can be encourage each other along the way. We can laugh, learn, and have fun while we all get healthy and fit

If there is one thing I have learned, be it weight loss or just life in general, we are all in this together!

My Program:
After spending 20 months exercising 5 days a week in a high intensity boot camp, I have decided to go it on my own. I joined Weight Watchers and a gym, where I work out for one hour, at least 5 days a week! I'm loving the eliptical for cardio, Body Sculpt for strength training and Zumba for all around fun!

Personal Information:
I am a Southern California native and live in the West San Fernando Valley (north of L.A.). I am a very active social media junkie, with Facebook and Twitter pages as well as email. Just sparkmail me and I am happy to give the info! :)

Other Information:
I love being active outside, and there is no place better for that than Southern California! I am a beach girl but have developed a new love of the mountains and hiking! However, since I live in the entertainment industry's backyard, following "the industry" is a long time passion of mine! Sometimes I love nothing more than taking a day to catch up with what is Tivo'd while hiking or on the latest movie!
