My Goals:
Small goal weight. Starting with 190, then 180, then 170 and all the way to 150... I want to be able to keep up with my very active boyfriend and feel like I am pulling my (hopefully less) weight on the farm... Oh yea, and I want to look sexy and strong =0)

My Program:
Trying to eat more clean, healthy foods, more fruits, veggies, good carbs, lean proteins and begin to start eliminating more processed foods. I also have a real sweet tooth so I am really going to have to find a way to cut back, and then cut out all of those types of food. I am aiming for at least 64 oz of water a day. And I would like to get back to working out 4 days a week. I love to do videos at home. Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred and Richard Simmon's Dance Your Pants off are my personal faves!

Personal Information:
I am 39 years old, I live in MO. I am back in school, studying to receive my associates in teaching. I am engaged and planning a wedding for October of 2014. I want to look and feel amazing on my wedding day. I have a kitten, a cat and and 3 dogs. I love to read (YA vampire stories are my thing right now) but I also love Christian inspirational romances as well. I love to scrapbook and make cards and enjoy movies and music.
