-Reach a healthy BMI by 9/10/13 -Run a 10k -Choreograph 1 new Zumba song every 2 weeks. I am working to have balance in my life spiritually, emotionally, mentally, and physically.
I am trying to live a healthy lifestyle and be a role model for my children and grandchildren.
-Scheduling my workouts. -Run 4 days a week -Teach 4 Zumba classes per week -Plan weekly menus -Prepare majority of meals on weekend and package for quick use.
I'm 51 and I started running the end of May and couldn't even run half way around the track. I can now run 5 miles and run for a solid hour. It feels great!! I love being a Zumba Instructor. I teach a couple of evenings a week at the local Y and I now have my own class that I have started. I graduated from IIN this year and am playing around with what I want my target market to be. All while working full time.....
