Hi There!!! It is really nice hearing from you. Well you got off the band wagon, and I got off with you. Don't beat yourself up just get back on the trail and Let's Go!!. We have to pray for strength on this one. I have been working out.... 15 minutes every day for 21 days to start a new habit....I did not do it for 3 days straight then started back. My eating has not been ideal. I need to work on that. I am willing to start over are you? So, remember it did not take a short period of time to gain the weight and it going to take us committing to health to get rid of it. One day at a Time!!! Turn on some music and just move..if that is all that you can handle right now. Let's get moving..walking....riding a bike...dancing...something to break up the habit we started. We can do it!!!
