My Goals:
Concentrate on looking and feeling my best at the upcoming wedding of a friend's son. Journal 3x per week. Exercise every day.
My Program:
I am starting by journaling , tracking nutrition/water, and eating "clean" as much as possible. As I progress, adding specific time for vigorous exercise is something I need to work on accomplishing.
Other Information:
My "mantra" for 2010 was "One Thing". I am tired of multitasking. If I can do one thing a day for; my health, my family, my home, my friends, my career, and me, I think that will be a full day. So far it is working and reducing stress in my life. No longer am I trying to do everything and getting nothing accomplished. NOTE: This plan didn't work that well. Need to develop a better plan for 2012.
