My Goals:
I want to lose 40 pounds by next year. But for now I'd like to lose 10% of my body weight by the end of August and maintain it for 2 months.

10% = 18LBS

My Program:
Elliptical: 40 minutes 3-4 days per week.

Abs: 5 days/week

Upper Body: 2x per week
Lower Body: 2x per week
