Healthy and Fit By Age 50

Having gone through all of my 30's and almost all of my 40's overweight, it's scary to think that 50 is around the corner and I'm still fighting this battle. Sometimes I just want to say, "HOW DID THIS HAPPEN?!" Well, it did and now it's time to get serious and do something about it. It's time to make changes that support a healthy and fit lifestyle. The rest of my life is unfolding beautifully. Now, it's time for my body to take priority so I can live out the second half of my life ...

Sometimes I just want to say, "HOW DID THIS HAPPEN?!" Well, it did and now it's time to get serious and do something about it. It's time to make changes that support a healthy and fit lifestyle. The rest of my life is unfolding beautifully. Now, it's time for my body to take priority so I can live out the second half of my life without this burden on my shoulders (or on my butt :) What I have been doing up until now hasn't been working, which has basically been not exercising. Its not easy for me to reach out to a community, but perhaps that has been an important missing piece to the puzzle.

So, let's bring on the changes that will help to transform me inside and out. With just 28 months until my 50th birthday, I'm going to make each month, each day and each moment count. Watch out world, a new me is about to emerge.
