Thank you for the Welcome!!! I'm taking it slow for sure, they tell me its better that way, cause you get use to the weight and than you can go from there. Much success to you!

Welcome to the Hot and Healthy by Christmas team!!!
I usually do a monthly challenge to lose 5 pounds. I like the idea of losing slow. And doing it monthly. I have yet to lose 5 in a month but I'm always happy with whatever I get!
