The Moment of Self Realization

I tend to see the Introduction filled with all the promises people make to themselves about their weight loss. My moment of realization set in when it became very clear I can make myself no promises concerning my weight loss. I can only do what I choose to do for that day, sometimes only minutes before I get it done. If I plan too far ahead, things tend to go haywire, and then that feeling set's in that I've failed myself, and I tend to back off trying after that.

This is continuing to be not only a weight loss journey for myself but a self learning one as well. All things with time, this too shall follow suit.

My Goals:
I'd like to run a 5k in 2013, be able to jog the entire Desert Dash by next October 2013 and just feel better about how I look.

My Program:
HCG! Daily pills 12 hours apart, and a very specific combination of foods. Not to mention TONS of water.

Did you get a chance to check out Hungry for Change? It's on Netflix. Because of it I've changed a few things such as juicing in the morning and I have to admit I feel a lot better! I'm curious to hear what you think. Happy Valentine's Day!

Thank you for your helpful comments. I just got off the treadmill and drank a big glass of water and I feel much better! It also helped that I watched Hungry for Change! Lol! If you haven't seen it I HIGHLY recommend it. Hope all is well and you get rid of that cough soon!
