Exercise Commitment :

*Saturday outdoor walks (60+min.)

*Plank, back stretches, LB stretches daily

Diet Commitment:

Healthy balanced eating, 1400-1500 calories daily, approximate 30/40/30 nutrient ratio.

2c water when waking up, 1c coffee am, 16oz bottle of water ...

I love long contemplative walks and used to be a marathon runner. I'm slowly increasing the length of my weekly long walk (currently at 10 miles). I might walk the Kaiser Colfax half marathon in May if finances permit, but will continue training whether I register or not as I really enjoy it!

170 - Fleece half-zip tops *I've been waiting to fit into these again and I can! They're comfy and warm and I slip into them every night after work.*

150 - ?? I don't know....I'd love to drive to Glenwood Springs for the day and soak in the mineral springs??
