Decided my page needed an update. Everything on here was still valid, hower let’s just freshen it up, start anew.

Hubby and I and our dog, moved to Annapolis valley NS this summer after 22 years in the city. It wasn’t our intention but life happens, this time was breast cancer. Thankful it was only in the duct, lumpectomy with clear margins, some radiation and “ they say” that I am fine. Well never the same after a cancer diagnosis. I have to see my dr every 3 months for the next 5 yrs. so that put a stop in our full time rving idea. However, we did get out of the city, quieter, calmer area, walking more, eating better.

I have missed spark, but got caught up in fb and pinterest. Oh how I can dream on pinterest! So decided slow wayyyy down on FB. Organize my pinterest ideas and get back here. So many have left, many are still here.

Started eating well after my dx, did great till started selling house, pack, move etc. Been here 5 months and oh past month and half been eating well. Sooo low in sugar and grains. However eating lot more veggies.

I have been deamed a sp motivator... guess it’s my perseverance! But now it’s going to be cos I reach my goals. A few more arthritis isdues to deal with, learning to adapt exercises so don’t wreak my rotator cuff more, hurt my hips etc. But hey if there’s the will there’s a way... and with a few “always there for me SP friends “ I will succeed.

My 60th birthday was 2 wks after being told I had cancer. A scary time, this year has bought anout a lit of changes. One very important one is I have learned how strong I can be. If I can fight cancer, I can certainly fight a cookie or muffin!

So thanks to old friends, welcome new!

-use our recumbant bike
-to do stretches and mindful exercises.
- to love me and my being.

I am married and have 2 grown children son and daughter. Both my children are married and my son has 2 children, a boy and girl.

I live in Atlantic Canada


Other Information:
I enjoy reading and cross stitching . I like walking with hubby and the dog. I also enjoy going to the trailer and relaxing.
