I am going to reach my goals of being healthy and fit. I will because I am worth the work, the determination, the challenges to make my life a better, happier and healthier one. I will love myself and take care of ME. "I don’t want to stare at the ceiling in a hospital room one day thinking, “I wish I would have taken better care of myself and not allowed this to happen.” Jason Anderson I will incoperate food changes and exercises that I can readily do forever. I will do this by drastically cutting down or maybe eventually eliminating sugar other than from fresh foods. I also would like to eliminate wheat as it is known today nothing like what our grandparents ate. I want to keep my physio exercises as a routine that becomes habit, and also get more strength training in. A happy, healthy relationship with food and exercise is what I am aiming for. My Goals:
-I will become healthy and fit. -I also will do the best for my body that I can, mentally and physically. -Incorporate healthier foods that are good for my body. use the breast cancer diet, and the anti inflammatory diet taking the best from both. Cardio- walk, ride my bike, T-tapp and wii. Strength train - have weights and bench and bands and ball. Stretch and become more flexible so my arthritis doesn't bother me as often. Go to Yoga for as long as I can afford to. So all in all - take better care of me, so I can be around to enjoy the events life brings.
My Program:

Personal Information:
I am married and have 2 grown children son and daughter. I have one grandson born Jan 16, 2010 and a tiny baby girl born Oct 28th,2011 they are both my son's children so he and his wife are very busy. My daughter was married Aug 28th 2010 I live in Atlantic Canada
Other Information:
I enjoy reading and doing crafts. I like walking the beach with hubby and the dog. I also enjoy going to the trailer and relaxing.
